Day of Wedding Coordination or Partial Planning

Hiring a day of wedding coordinator is one of the best investments you can make for your special day. This is one occasion that you deserve to be completely focused on what’s important – having fun and relaxing with friends, and family and getting married to that amazing person. On your big day, we handle anything unexpected and troubleshoot last minute emergencies behind the scenes, so that you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Our Day Of Wedding Coordinator Package is geared towards couples who have the basics of wedding planning and vendor booking under control, but are looking for professional assistance toward the end of the planning to tie together the remaining details and execute the rehearsal and the big day. We come 1-2 months before the wedding. This includes vendor liaison, floor plan, overlooking contracts, event management, a custom made minute-by-minute detailed itinerary for the day of, and more.
Our partial wedding planning is a more premium service, where we come 5-6 months before your big day. We do everything mentioned above in the day of wedding coordinator package, plus do more of the leg work, and are in constant contact with the vendors so you don't have to.

A website will be created through ZOLA which will include linking up your registry and honeymoon fund to it and having online RSVP available. The site will include all your wedding information, directions, logistics, frequently asked questions, and it will be a helpful resource for all your guests to see and be informed about your special day.
